Return Policy

  1. The user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and return the goods without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from taking possession of the goods.
  2. Upon the expiration of the period specified in the first clause, the user loses the right to request the unconditional return of the item.
  3. PMU SHOP, at the user's expense, shall ensure the retrieval of the item to be returned within 3-5 working days within the territory of Tbilisi. In the case of regions, the item will be returned within 5-7 working days from the submission of the request, and in the case of mountainous regions, within 7-10 working days.
  4. How to submit a product return request?
    1. You may submit a written request to the PMU SHOP support team by sending a message to the email address: contact@pmushop.ge
    2. If the product cannot be returned due to any of the exceptional grounds specified in this document, you will be notified by PMU SHOP within 48 hours of receipt of the notification, and the item will be returned to you.
    3. PMU SHOP representatives will contact you regarding the product return procedure within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the application.
    4. If the product is subject to unconditional return, reimbursement of funds will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of the notification.
    5. Funds will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as used by the user, unless the user explicitly consents to the use of another means of payment.
  5. Goods shall not be subject to unconditional return if:
    1. The purchased product is perishable or has a short shelf life.
    2. The product is sealed goods, its seal was broken after delivery, and thus the return of the product is impossible due to health protection or hygienic reasons.
    3. The delivered product, by its nature, was inseparably mixed with other products upon delivery.
    4. The product is a sealed audio-video recording or software, and its seal was broken after delivery.
    5. The product is a magazine, newspaper, or other periodical publication (except where the basis for their delivery is a subscription contract).
    6. The product is a ticket for a sporting or cultural event, unless the contract defines the possibility, rules, and conditions for returning such a ticket.
    7. The product is not accompanied by all components and/or documents delivered at the time of purchase.
    8. The packaging (box, bag, seal) is damaged by the user, and it is impossible to restore it to its original state (this does not imply the mere opening of the packaging).
  6. Consequences of non-delivery of the product due to the user's fault. If the delivery of the products purchased on the PMU SHOP platform by the courier company could not be executed at the time/address specified by the user due to the user's fault, the PMU SHOP support team will re-contact the user within a reasonable timeframe to clarify the preferred time/address for product delivery. If, due to the user's fault, it is impossible to re-establish contact with them or to re-deliver the purchased products within the preferred timeframe/address specified by the user, PMU SHOP reserves the right to cancel the order after 10 (ten) days from the placement of such order and refund the amount paid by the user no later than 5 (five) days from its cancellation.
