M-Touch No. 3 - “Black coffee” pigment for permanent eyebrow makeup.

Mineral composition. Used for all types of PM techniques. The darkest color in the Touch series eyebrow palette. Black-brown shade. Type of clients: brown-haired, brunette, ash blonde, gray-haired.
