• The user agrees that the delivery of the products purchased by them will be carried out by PMU SHOP’s partner courier company.
• For the purpose of providing courier services, PMU SHOP is authorized to transfer the personal data provided by the user—name, surname, delivery address, and telephone number—to the courier company. 
• In accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the item passes to the user from the moment PMU SHOP transfers the item to the courier company. 

PMU SHOP will deliver the products to the user within the following timeframes:

• Tbilisi: 1 - 3 working days;
• Regions of Georgia: 3 - 7 working days. 

6.5. The user is obliged to check the condition and compliance of the product with the order immediately upon receipt, and if the condition or compliance of the order is violated, immediately notify the representative of the website.
